FAQs

How long until my order is shipped?

Please allow 3 - 5 days build time for each custom made item. If you need it sooner or have a deadline to receive it by, send a message with the details and I will check my build list to see if it can be accommodated.

What if my hoop breaks?

I provide support and repair options to keep your hoop glowing and spinning. In most cases I am able to provide free repairs and servicing when you pay for the shipping cost of sending to me and returning back to you.

Are batteries included?

Yes, each hoop comes with rechargeable batteries and charger ready to use. The gapless Lightweave and levi-wand come with internal battery and charging circuit built into them.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely, I ship my handcrafted hoops worldwide with care.

How do I care for my LED hoop?

I have found that everyone has their own unique preference for diameter and tubing size based on their body type and personal experience. In general I would say 36"+ is a large size for beginners and waist only hooping. 34" - 32" is good medium sizes for both waist hooping and some off body tricks. 30" - 28" is good for smaller body types and expert performers. The smaller the diameter the faster you need to keep it spinning. Larger diameters spin slower and are much easier to keep spinning without dropping it for beginners and waist hooping style hoopers.

How long is shipping?

USA domestic is sent with USPS ground shipping that takes 1 - 5 days. International shipping times vary by location but usually take 1-3 weeks worldwide.

No I would not recommend coiling any hoops down and then plugging it back into itself unless it is 40" in diameter or larger. Instead I partially coil it and then use tape and strips of cardboard to hold it in coiled position when I ship them or need them to be smaller for travel.

Are these hoops collapsible?

Keep it dry, avoid rough impacts, and charge batteries regularly for best performance. Don't leave your hoop in the on position after the battery has drained or it can cause over drain of the battery which reduces it's lifespan.

What size diameter hoop should I get?

HDPE is a white opaque plastic material that is more durable and a bit more flexible. It can be manipulated into a circle shape easily and it gives a nice glowy effect to the lights.

Polypro is a semi-clear and rigid plastic material that is not very flexible, itholds it's shape more sturdily. It is more difficult to work it into a circle shape and it is more fragile in cold temperatures. Because it is a semi clear material, the lights shine sharply and brightly.

What is the difference between HDPE and polypro?

It depends on the battery size and which modes and brightness you are using but in general you should get 1 - 2 hours on full brightness modes and you can get up to 8 - 12 hours if you use low brightness mode.
